Written by CBS SPORTS ALL RIGHTS RESERVED on November 17, 2025

A pair of teams motivated to end losing streaks will meet in the NFL Week 11 finale when the Dallas Cowboys visit the Las Vegas Raiders on ‘Monday Night Football.’ Dallas (3-5-1) has lost back-to-back games, last falling to Arizona, 27-17, also on ‘MNF’ in Week 9 before having a bye. The Raiders (2-7) are mired in a three-game losing streak and fell to Denver, 10-7, last Thursday. The Raiders lead the all-time series, 7-6, and won the last matchup in 2021. This will be the Cowboys’ first regular season visit to Vegas since the Raiders relocated from Oakland in 2020. Cowboys defensive lineman Solomon Thomas (calf) has been ruled out.
Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m. ET from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The latest Raiders vs. Cowboys odds have Dallas as the 3.5-point road favorites, while the over/under for total points scored is 48.5, down two points from the opening line. Why the Cowboys can cover
Dallas is coming off a bye, and the Cowboys sport a 7-3 ATS mark with a rest advantage since 2023. The Cowboys also have a big advantage between the lines as they have an offense which ranks in the top five in scoring, total yards, passing offense and yards per play. Running back, Javonte Williams, ranks third in rushing yards per game, while wideouts, George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb, both rank in the top six in receiving yards per game. This juggernaut of an offense contrasts with what the Raiders trot out as Las Vegas ranks in the bottom-three in both scoring offense and total offense. See which team to back at SportsLine.

Why the Raiders can cover
The Raiders have covered in three of their last four games and get to face a Dallas team which has underperformed when giving points. The Cowboys are 1-4 ATS as favorites, and much of Dallas’ struggles are due to its defense. The team sits 31st in both scoring defense and total defense, which is one step up from it ranking dead last in third-down defense. Meanwhile, the Raiders defense is coming off its best showing in terms of points allowed (10) and yards allowed (220) versus an 8-2 Broncos squad. On offense, Ashton Jeanty is showing why he was so highly drafted as the rookie has six touchdowns over his last six games, while Brock Bowers has three scores in his two games since returning from injury.
