South Carolina is off to its fifth straight Final Four, while UCLA is seeking to make its first

The 2025 Women’s NCAA Tournament continued with the Elite Eight on Sunday, with South Carolina narrowly beating Duke to reach its fifth consecutive Final Four. Fellow No. 1 seed UCLA is also hitting the court against LSU.

South Carolina overcame a sloppy, 16-turnover offensive effort to beat Duke 54-50. The Gamecocks have struggled with Indiana, Maryland and now the Blue Devils in this tournament, causing plenty of concern over whether they’re capable of repeating as national champions despite the offensive limitations.

It’s never flashy for UCLA, yet the Bruins just keep notching double-digit wins in their quest to reach their first Final Four in program history. Lauren Betts has been sensational, scoring a combined 61 points on 29 of 33 from the field in wins over Richmond and Ole Miss.

LSU, meanwhile, outlasted NC State in a fantastic Sweet 16 matchup, and the 2023 national champions are hungry to cut the nets once again under Kim Mulkey. Flau’jae Johnson is slated to play vs. UCLA after dealing with an eye issue down the stretch against the Wolfpack.

Two cities — Birmingham, Ala., and Spokane, Wash. — will host this year’s Sweet 16 and Elite Eight before the remaining teams head to Florida for the Final Four and national championship game in Tampa, Fla.

Below is all the information you’ll need to keep up with the action. Be sure to check back in on this page as it will be updated with matchups and tip times over the next three weeks.
