GloRilla is Team Kamala Harris, and she’s explaining why she thinks others should be, too. In a post endorsing the vice president, she shared four reasons why people should vote for her and her running mate, Tim Walz.
The first reason listed is “A woman’s right to choose!” She follows it with “Protect the LGBTQIA+ community” and “Funding for public education.” The final reason Glo thinks people should support Kamala is the $15/hour minimum wage.
“Vote Kamala Harris on November 5th iwillvote.com,” Glo captioned the post, which is soundtracked by the Glorious cut “I Luv Her” featuring T-Pain.
Glo’s endorsement arrives as Plies predicts Harris’ victory in his newly released song, “Mrs. 47,” which also doubles a tribute to his late grandmother.
“I remember holding my grandma man and she just couldn’t stop crying. And at that time I ain’t really know what it all really meant,” Plies says on the song, recalling his grandmother’s reaction to Barack Obama‘s presidential win. “And before she died she looked at me she said, ‘Baby, I might not live to see it, but it’s going to be a woman in that White House one day.'”
Announcing the song, Plies wrote, “Promised My Grandmother Before She Passed. The Next Time This Opportunity Presented Itself. I Wouldn’t Miss The Moment!!! Granny I Love U & We’re Gonna Get This Done!! @kamalaharris A.K.A Mrs. 47!!!”
