Nearly half of the usual candidates were on a bye in Week 14, but that only meant a greater opportunity for other, less usual candidates to overtake them in our Rookie Power Rankings. In a few cases, that did happen. As the season is winding down, the list is becoming a bit more concrete. It’s getting closer to and closer to the crowning of Rookies of the Year.
We will be tracking rookie performers each week and identifying those who stood out. These rankings are not based on statistical performance but rather overall play. Without further ado, the cumulative regular season rookie rankings as we head into Week 15:
